3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).


4. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We are happy to exchange an item for a different model or color, subject to availability. The item must meet all the eligibility criteria listed above.

Once we receive and process the returned item, we will ship the requested exchange. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, you will be refunded the difference.


5. Custom & Bespoke Commissions

Due to the personal and artistic nature of our work, all custom-built and bespoke hilts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures that the unique instrument crafted for you remains yours alone. We ensure rigorous quality checks on all custom orders before they leave our workshop.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your Spectra Blade to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at support@spectrasabers.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos or a video of the damaged/defective product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including a pre-paid return shipping label.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process the refund.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@spectrasabers.com.
